Our durian is harvested only when it falls naturally — the moment of true ripeness. Within hours it is de-husked, portioned into 350g trays and frozen. The result: a product that tastes like season, whenever you open it.

During durian season, naturally-fallen fruits are de-husked and portioned every morning at our farm in Tras. No freezing. No intermediate storage. Your 350g tray is dispatched the same day it leaves the tree — and it arrives tasting like it.
Season is active. Fresh daily pulp is currently available. Orders placed before 10am are dispatched same day. Supply is limited to daily harvest volumes.
